Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Koreflow, including the free trial of Koreflow Cloud. By requesting a trial, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent ("you", "your", or "Customer").

1. The Service

Koreflow ("we", "us", "Koreflow") provides a financial and governance layer for AI usage — measuring cost, attribution, budgets, and policy for calls your applications make to third-party AI providers. Koreflow Cloud provisions a hosted Koreflow instance for your evaluation. You connect your own AI provider API keys; your application traffic flows directly to those providers, and Koreflow records metadata.

2. Free Trial

The trial is provided at no charge for a limited period (by default, three (3) days) and is intended solely for you to evaluate whether Koreflow is suitable for your own, genuine use case.
The trial is not for production, mission-critical, resale, benchmarking-for-competitive-purposes, or any use other than good-faith evaluation.
The trial instance and all data in it may be suspended or permanently deleted at the end of the trial without further notice. Export anything you need before it ends.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate the trial (or these terms as they apply to it) at any time.
The trial is provided "as is" without warranties or service-level commitments of any kind.

3. Accounts & Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials issued for your instance and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You will comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any AI providers whose keys you connect.
You are solely responsible for the API keys you provide, the content you send to AI providers, and all provider charges you incur — Koreflow does not pay for and is not responsible for those charges.
You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, use it to violate others' rights, or use automated abuse of the trial provisioning system.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Koreflow and all related software, trademarks, and materials are and remain our property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the trial. No other rights are granted.

7. Communications & Marketing

By requesting a trial you agree that we may contact you and the organization you signed up on behalf of by email and other means regarding your trial, your account, security, and our products and services, including marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; we may still send you non-marketing service and transactional messages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cost or usage figures are accurate for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOREFLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR AI-PROVIDER CHARGES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE TRIAL OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR THE TRIAL WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Koreflow harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, your AI-provider usage, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Term & Termination

These Terms apply for the duration of your trial. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and trial data may be deleted.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.
